Liderar projetos de infraestrutura: dimensionamento de redes, migrações de VMs e implantações de storage/high availability.
•    Projetar arquiteturas de rede avançadas (segmentação L2/L3, SD-WAN basics, QoS, BGP/OSPF em Cisco/Dell).
•    Gerenciar ambientes VMware vSphere enterprise (vMotion, HA/DRS, vSAN, integração storage FC/iSCSI).
•    Automatizar operações de infraestrutura com Ansible, Terraform ou scripts Python/Bash avançados (CI/CD pipelines simples).
•    Configurar e otimizar firewalls/VPNs enterprise (Sophos, Fortnet: IPSec/SSLVPN, políticas Zero Trust).
•    Implementar soluções de backup/DR robustas (Veeam hardened repository, offsite replication, testes RTO/RPO).
•    Realizar capacity planning e performance tuning de servidores Linux/Windows (tuning kernel, ZFS/LVM).
•    Integrar hybrid cloud (Azure Stack/AWS Outposts) com on-premise infrastructure.
•    Desenvolver dashboards avançados (Grafana + Zabbix/Prometheus) com alertas preditivos e SLOs.
•    Conduzir root cause analysis (RCA) de incidentes N2/N3, propondo melhorias e automações preventivas.
•    Gerenciar Service Desk N2/N3: resolução técnica, mentorias para juniors e redução de tickets recorrentes.
•    Elaborar RFPs para aquisições de hardware/infra, negociando com vendors.
•    Garantir conformidade (LGPD/SOC2 basics) em configurações de infra e documentação de auditoria.
•    Colaborar em squads ágeis para entregas de infraestrutura como código (IaC).

3+ anos em infraestrutura TI, com hands-on em redes enterprise (VLANs trunking, OSPF, firewalls L7).
•    Expertise VMware vSphere 7+ (clusters, NSX basics) OU equivalente Hyper-V.
•    Administração avançada Linux (RHEL/CentOS: SELinux, systemd, container basics Docker).
•    Scripting/automação (Bash/Python/PowerShell: 100+ linhas, loops APIs).
•    Experiência Veeam/Acronis enterprise (proxies, dedup, encryption).
•    Conhecimento firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet: HA, WAF, threat intel).
•    Ferramentas observability (Zabbix/Grafana: custom templates, macros).
•    ServiceNow/Jira Service Management (workflows customizados).

Requisitos e Qualificações (diferenciais)
•    Certificações: VCP-DCV, CCNP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Associate.
•    Experiência cloud hybrid (Azure Arc, VMware on AWS).
•    Orquestração (Ansible Tower, Terraform cloud).
•    Banco Oracle/SQL (RAC basics, RMAN backups).
•    NOC/SRE mindset (SLOs, error budgets).
•    Kubernetes basics para workloads infra.
